I’ve been using Wonder Watt for a couple of months now and it has been great. All my schedules or immediate charge/discharge actions working perfectly.
This week I had a second AIO installed. It was rather painful getting it all up and running (welcome to GivEnergy), but now appears to all be working fine. Of course, that all required the system to be recommissioned etc.
Wonder Watt is still able to connect fine, and show all the info, but any instruction from Wonder Watt no longer seems to do anything at all. Instructions in the GivEnergy app directly work fine.
I’ve tried revoking the API key, and adding a new one, but it made no difference. Any suggestions on what to try? Can Wonder Watt support have a look for me to see if you can see what’s going on?

ETA - I should say, the WW activity log shows the instructions fine. It’s just not doing anything at the GivEnergy end…
