palaceben Not sure what is happening. I had two scheduled charging periods this afternoon 13:30-14:30 and 15:30-16:00 (that one added when I realised the first one had failed) and nothing was sent to my inverter. I've now reached a scheduled export - 17:30-18:00 and again there has been no command sent to my inverter - I've just sent it using the web interface. There is also nothing on the activity page. Can you check what is going wrong please? My code is "coordinated-success"
admin palaceben Strange, looks like the Payment method update messed up your subscription and schedules were paused. All reinstated now though. Something we need to fix!
palaceben @admin Hmmmm ... it worked overnight, but has not turned on charging just now at 13:30. Can you take another look please?
admin palaceben Sorted again, sorry about this - this is an annoying bug, not sure why this has happened, will need to add more logging for payment update payloads. We've extended your subscription for a month to apologise for the hassle!
palaceben Thank you. Was just about to set an export for 17:30 when I saw it had initiated itself from you. Hopefully that will have it sorted. I'll keep an eye on it.
