johalareewi Yeah, we had to do this in an a**-about way, sorry about that. Otherwise you'd have to wait until the point it got auto-cancelled by Paddle and we then Pause your schedules.
So in order for this not to happen, we had to actively cancel (which means undoing the scheduled cancel first), then cancelling Now, so we could then update your sub details after the cancellation event had happened.
Which will then give you the grace period from our end, without Paddle interfering.
