Initial Set-Up problems

Hi,
I'm new to wonderwatt and am having problems registering my SolaX X1-Hybbrid G4 inverter....
I've entered the username exactly as it appears on my Solax Cloud account (capitals, dots, @ and all)
I've entered the correct password (visible on my Solax app on my phone), again exactly.
I've copied and pasted the Token ID
I've copied and pasted the Inverter's serial number
When I click the connect icon I get the 'Failed to connect to the Solax system, check username and password.....
Please does anybody have any suggestions ?

PaulT Looks like we had an initial few password incorrect attempts and then followed by account locked by Solax msg. See logs below.

Thanks, Please do you know if it's a permanent lock-out or is there a 'cooling off' period ?

PaulT That would be a question for Solax. I would suggest using their online dashboard, seeing if you can login from an incognito browser and if not, go through the password recovery procedure.

All sorted now, thanks. Integration between SolaX and Octopus IOG working perfectly for the first time in over a year !
