Wonderwatt messages being sent but inverter ignoring requests

Hi,

I’m using Wonderwatt with Octopus Intelligent Go and a Growatt SPH5000TL BL-UP inverter (SN: KWK2E5700M) connected via ShineLAN (ID: EKM1N5J023).

I can see Smart Charging commands in the Wonderwatt activity log, but my inverter isn’t responding — it looks like my integration is read-only.

Are you able to enable control mode so Wonderwatt can manage grid charging in sync with my Octopus Intelligent Smart Charging windows?

I already have Growatt API access and can provide my API token if needed.

paulco84 The first thing to do would be to check whether you can set charge instructions yourself via the ShinePhone app or the Growatt dashboard / web portal.

That is ultimately what we use to send the commands. So if that does not work, you may need to contact Growatt.
