I have been a user of your product since before you introduced subscription.
My second annual subscription started 6/10/25.
I can see a charge of £54 on my bank statement paid by Visa Debit card on 6/10/25. I attach a screenshot.
So my subscription should be active until October 2026.
But my Wonderwatt Dashboard says that I have no active subscription and so my automations have been suspended.
It appears that your system accepted my 12 month subscription payment on 6/10/25 but only activated my subscription for one month instead of 12 months.
Please investigate and resolve this as I miss your product immensely.
