Unsure What Action to Take After Error Message

Hi Wonder Watt team,
I’ve received a couple of WhatsApp messages from Wonder Watt with the following error:
"An error has occurred when trying to send a IOG charge instruction to your inverter, please check your Wonder Watt activity log."
I can access the Wonder Watt activity log, but I’m not sure what I should be looking for or what action needs to be taken based on this message.
Could you please clarify:

What does this error typically mean?
What should I check in the activity log?
Are there any steps I need to take to resolve this issue?

rustypole This is typically from a comms issue ie. WW couldn't reach your inverter.

I'd imagine you have something like this in your WW Activity log...

Most common causes are flakey wifi or lack of server response.
Wifi you can do something about, server response is out of your hands.

Is your AIO using wifi or ethernet?

MrMessy Hi MrMessy, thanks for your reply and screenshot. Yes this is exactly what I am seeing.
My AIO is connected via ethernet so this rules out wifi.
