daveharding100 it's a good idea to leave a minimum of 5 mins between schedules, either import or export, to avoid any possibility of overlapping instructions being sent.
WW sends commands in 5 min blocks, and includes multiple retries if necessary, to account for "failed communication" with your inverter. Each command will include several instructions to, and it's not unknown for inverters to have a bit of a wobbly if they get too many instructions in a short space of time.
The guide that @KristianS linked to was just meant to be a guide really, as a lot of people had asked for some help. You can tailor it for your own needs.
