The end scheduler for Octo Agile runs at 02 and 32 mins every hour, to check which windows have passed and whether Hold Charge was enabled.
This is used to work out which end hold charge instructions to send.
Looks like just a case of bad timing in terms of when you updated your Charge Window setting for Hold Charge back from Hold to not On hold.
