Hi, my renewal is due 30 nov and is on auto renewal. I had two slots scheduled to charge this afternoon that did not take place. Only problem I can see is my subscription says expired “ no paid subscription” but it should be good till 30th nov 30th. Is there a problem ? Am I still able to set charging points before 30th.
