@admin IOG schedule ended a few hours ago for me but it looks like the API update hasn't been seen by the app. The SOC is at 100% but the small house load is being fed by the grid and not the battery.

I can only assume the battery is staying at 100% because IOG settings are still in place.

hot-bell is my ID I think if you want to take a look.

I've set up a force discharge for the next hour

admin that updated and ended at 4pm (I think or maybe 3pm) but the schedule didn't update in the ww app.

I think the one you can see was in the log files but it was set at about 1pm wasn't it?.. the update happened after 3pm

@admin strange now I'm getting failed to set inverter errors .. battery has been drained during octopus IOG session charging car, battery has been used to charge it

Altink Looks like an error from Growatt API, see our detailed logs.

I just restarted the inverter via the Shineapp and things are working again I think... Not sure if that was it though, also did some pausing and unpausing of schedules 😁

Altink Nothing apart from speak to Growatt I’m afraid.

You should be able to zoom in on the image, clicking won’t work.

Altink it’s usually some sort of network/wifi or internet connectivity issue.

Not sure if this is related or not, but I had an issue with IOG tonight as well (and seen this once before in the last week or so). When I look in WW at the IOG schedules it was showing next schedule at 22:00, yet I could see a log entry giving a boost between 21:00 and 21:30. Interestingly this didn't start charging the car (probably because Octopus didn't send the signal to my Zappi charger) but the battery was getting charged (but at normal rates, not my IOG rate). Looks like WW received new schedules but something didn't update internally. Thoughts? Currently a triallist and want to sign up but need to know it's going to be reliable for me. Thanks :-)
