  • Not charging at specified times

Relatively new user over past few weeks with growatt batteries, but never had this issue before. The batteries haven't been charged in selected periods overnight for approx 8 hours (unhelpfully the EV has charged so it has eaten all the battery). Given on cheap side today I had selected slots going up to around 1500 - it started charging for a few hours at 0900, but has missed a slot at 1100 and now at 1200. Wondering if any connectivity issues with server at the moment?

    There was a charge instruction from 9:00-11:00 which was actioned.

    Can't see any slot that was set up at 11:00 or 12:00?

      I'm having trouble uploading images - the slots are all in blue from midnight till 1530 on my end?

        Oreilly1278 I see, yeah this is related to our duplicate slot issue we're encountering and are working on a fix for.

        Oreilly1278 If for now, as a workaround, you unselect, save, then reselect manually, you should be good.
