I have just had a GivEnergy 9.5 KW battery retro fitted with a 3KW AC Charger. I was told I would be able to force charge with GivEnergy but turns out I can only do it once in any 24 hours automatically. So Google and I have found Wonder Watt. - How does Wonder Watt make money? Because it sounds too good to be true.. - It sounded simple... and it is probably me... I have tried to set up a force charge but it has not worked. Can I test the connection?

We don't at the moment, and are exploring options, but may well charge a small monthly sub in the future. In the meantime, we aim to create the best service out there for flexible and smart charging and discharging for Giv and Growatt users without the need to dive into HA automation.

What is your WattID? You can find this under Advanced, at the bottom.

Make sure you create an export at least 5 mins out from when it is due. This is related to the scheduler frequency timings.
