Hi
I signed up to wonderwatt yesterday but wasn’t sure it was going to do what I wanted - so I paused the one schedule I had setup for an 8 slot Agile octopus window between 00:00 and 23:59
I made changes to my GE inverter manually through the GE app
But then WW seems to have over-ridden my charge settings on the GE app despite schedules being paused?
I had the battery manually charging during a low pricing window - and then WW stopped this?
The activity log shows
Date (Europe/London) Battery SOC Solar forecast (kWh)
2024-03-24 09:31:26 64 %
Charge instruction hold set (0W), starting 09:30 Agile Octopus <— I didn’t ask for this, battery wasn’t full.
2024-03-24 07:58:34 5 %
Charge instruction set to 100% for 08:00 - 09:30 - Agile Octopus <— this was a plunge pricing window of negative prices. But why did WW choose the negative 3 not the best 8 as my (paused, not deleted!) scheduled requested?
2024-03-23 23:58:28 36 %
Charge instruction hold set (0W), starting 00:00 Agile Octopus <— WW starting a schedule despite being Paused?
What’s not clear to me from the activity log: is the activity log just recording what WW has set / commanded - or is it just WW reading what was set on the inverter (by me, the GE app etc.)? if so, why was it doing if schedules were paused?
Thanks all for any clarity you can offer.
