Still a question of what time things will activate - I notice the last hour of "today" is midnight to 1am. If nothing is activating until an hour after it is due (as happened overnight and today), that will still mess up a lot of charging periods.

Yes, 23:00 to 23:30 is the last 'slot' but the last time you can pick for reasons best known to Octopus. I guess so it does not 'roll' into what would be the next day at 00:00
