  • Agile selection not saving ?

kayjay55 Can't reproduce, deselected automatically selected slots and they remain saved.

Don't toggle any Agile charge window on and off, because that will reset the lot.

    I have been able to deselect unwanted slots many times before with no issues , but it is not working for me tonight so far . Will try again .

    Still not saving . WW has selected 35 slots for me tomorrow …. my threshold is 9.8 p ….. apart from the glut of cheap/ plunge slots , WW has also selected the 11.9 p slot at 1600 and 14.02 slot at 1630 .

    I tried a work around by temporarily lowering my threshold to 1p to try and wipe out the early morning slots at 2 to 5p but that didn’t work either …. is it because I am trying to make changes too late ? Pity now as I will be paying to charge my battery early tomorrow (albeit at low rates) as opposed to getting paid to charge it later on in the morning .

      kayjay55 Ah - you may be on to something yeah. If your window start time is in the past...we'll try this with your schedules. What is your WattID pls?

        kayjay55 Yeah this is by design at the moment - any slots under your threshold will be selected.

          Good morning ! ID is creative-load . Just reading again my posts , I could have explained the problem better - I was indeed able to remove the unwanted slots and get a confirmation that my new selection had been saved . But I found that the selections were not actually being saved - I would leave the webpage , visit other sites , return to WW and see that all of your original selection was still untouched - none of my changes had actually been saved . I did this several times last night to prove the problem and it was always the same . Also , curious why WW also selected those two slots at 1600 and 1630 , which were above my threshold of 9.8 p ? Maybe today’s abundance of free/paid/cheap slots has created the glitch ??

          Just made some changes , removed unwanted slots and the changes are now being saved , seems to be back to normal now .

            I've just moved over to Agile and appear to be having the same problem. WonderWatt has preselected several slots for tomorrow morning, one of which is above my set price. I have deselected 2 of the slots, and saved the new selection, but when I return to that screen the original slots have been re-selected.

              MikeC This typically happens for slots that are below the auto-import threshold. They do get auto-selected.

              Best way to work around that currently would be to lower the import threshold.

                Something is going on that is not expected that could be related to the above. I have just deleted all my 'Charge Windows' to try and understand - logging back out and back in, all my auto-selected slots have disappeared. Only my single 23:30 slot from today remains selected.

                BUT I have now tested this three times.

                It appears that my brand new change window applies the 5 slots as expected. IF I then deselect a slot on today's auto-selected slots because I do not want to pay the higher price, in this case 23:00 at 5.73p, then ALL my tomorrow slots then disappear when I re-log in again. I am trying different devices and it happens in either direction. Hopefully, this helps narrow down the issue

                  KristianS It does look like a UI issue. DB has stored the correct details and deselected the slot.

                  We'll sort it.

                    My threshold is 9p but one of the slots selected tomorrow morning is 10.80.
                    I've tried de-selecting it several times but it keeps coming back.

                      MikeC There is an issue with Agile charge blocks spanning midnight. Doesn't seem to affect everyone.

                      You could work around it for now by changing the cheapest number of slots for your agile charge window to 0, saving and manually selecting your slots required.

                      Not ideal, but will persist and should not be overwritten by the scheduler population.

                      We are working on a fix, but won't be released today. Sorry for the inconvenience.

                        Tried changing to zero but made no difference. Took out the first slot after midnight aswell as the 2 "rogue" slots and all worked so tried putting the slot after midnight back and the other 2 slots were reselected when I saved without me touching them. Left it at that last night and when I checked this morning it has worked as I originally wanted it!

                        I am also having the issue with the 2 rogue slots being highlighted. But i checked this morning and they have disappeared and it didn't charge then. Which was good. Maybe a UI issue??
