  • My API token will not connect

My old API token expired. I generated a new one and copied it into my Wonder Watt settings, but it will not connect. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

    DawlishPaddler Permissions all set up OK? And no iffy copy paste with erroneous leading or trailing spaces by accident?

    Feel free to DM us the key and we can run some better diagnostics to work out what’s going on.

    Same problem here. Been away, token expred. New one will not connect. SIlly question, are TOKENS and KEYS the same? WW asks for a KEY. Within GivEnergy I can only see how to generate a TOKEN. And should it have all access, or only selective scopes, and if so which ones.

      Ah - it's probably the SAVE which I missed by not scrolling down the page. Hitting Connect when first pastng in the key says nothing (so maybe works). Its when exiting and returning to the page that Connect didnt work.

      However, I now cant save becasue "Please enter your PV peak capacity in kWh."

      I'm being very thick and just cant see a field for PV peak capacity, or a field where I've entered a number not in kWh, and need to ask for help as to whch filed is meant by the save error message.

      IGNORE priior post. I've found the field and connected. It's called solar capacity, (not PV peak capacity) and has default entry of "Solar panel capacity in kWkWp." - I was looking for a completely blank field.
