Agile not charging

The last two nights, my system has not sent the schedules correctly.

Any ideas what time check?

Same problem with my GIV AIO. I'm asking for 8 Agile slots between 00:00 and 23:59. On 26/5 they were filled in but after they had passed. On 27/5 and today, nothing. NB I only signed up 3 days ago so could be my dodgy fingers.

NellieC Looks like the Growatt API returned an error see our logs:

Perhaps there is an overlapping slot configured?

Try and see if you can set the charge schedule manually via the Growatt portal?

JRWM47 Looks like a different issue.

You have your agile charge window set from 00:00-23:59, but when the new prices come in, they only are available until 23:00 - which is why they're not populated.

If you change the window to be 00:00-23:00 - you will see they will be populated at around 16:30ish today for tomorrow's tariffs.

Seems to be working again now but I haven't changed anything...

May be Growatt's end?

Can’t seem to set battery first to take advantage of plunge pricing on Agile.

Sindidziwa Growatt API error, see logs below.

Could happen if there was a conflicting/overlapping active charge/discharge setting on the Growatt end.

Help, please. My selected Agile charge slots 11:00-16:00 to catch plunge pricing didn't activate today. Can't see why not. I did turn off Hold but cannot see why that should have caused this.

JRWM47 It might be that by the time you switched off Hold and Saved the agile charge window - the start time of an adjacent block of slots had already passed.
