Strange Export "Adjustment"

This evening I set my export from 17:00 to 19:00, with an almost full battery and set to discharge down to 25% at worst. Today is lovely and sunny. When 18:00 arrived I noticed on my In Home Display that the exporting had stopped, and checked the activity log and saw this:

At 18:05 my SOC had only fallen to around 75% - so PLENTY of room to carry on exporting for the full two hours (I've restarted it on the Growatt UI).

I'm not really sure I totally understand the "adjustments" that WW sometimes makes to exports, but in this case it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever to reduce my expot by an hour - or at all. I expect my SOC to be between 40-50% come 19:00, and I will have exported a good wedge of power at optimum prices. If the adjustments are going to do wild things like this, is there a way to opt out of them?

palaceben You have your stop target SOC set for 68% for your 17:00-19:00 export slot, that is why the adjustment is there. At a discharge rate of 3kW with a battery capacity of 10kWh, that seems pretty accurate, no? This target stop SOC of 68% would have been reached around about the 18:00 mark.

I appreciate you still may be generating at that stage too, so splitting exports up into two might make sense here. We will shortly be introducing more slots so people can manage this effectively.

For now though, if you want to discharge for the whole period, make sure you drop your target stop SOC to much lower than 68%.

admin Wow! Good spot. I wonder when I changed that. I use that export schedule if my export is split on any day, so presumably it was to limit an early discharge to ensure most of my exporting was done in the later (more profitable) scheduled slot.
