WonderWatt - Can't control Inverter

For the last while when I get slots from IO and WW tries to push them to my inverter they have been failing. Can't see anything obvious that would cause the issue - When I press connect it updates and connects on the main screen and the IO sessions come in fine.

Any ideas ? ID is unused-debate

shnee Looks like we got a failure response from the Growatt server back. See diagnostics logs below.

shnee Usually this might be down to some communications failure between inverter and Growatt.

Thanks sadly I’m using the WiFi module and don’t get the error shown in the app.

I can connect through WW as it changes the amount of PV I have each time so I assume it’s pulling that through?

shnee Have you tried setting a charge slot (Battery First) via the Growatt web portal?

Apologies for the delay - yes, I ran the test today, and it worked. Would you have any other thoughts? This used to work so well.

shnee It could just be a one-off intermittent glitch at their end. Setting it through the portal at the exact time we issued the command would have failed too, as the Growatt portal makes the same call.

Sadly looking at the logs it’s every time for about a month now

shnee Just looking at your settings, you also have a custom schedule set up in the Schedules section. You don't need this as the IOG integration will cover this default slot.

So I'm wondering whether there may be a duplicate instruction issue that is conflicting? I would suggest to turn your charge schedule in the Schedules section to inactive.

Ok so sadly changing the schedule in WW didn’t fix it but disabling all the schedules on the inverter did. So all working well now.
