Hi there! I've had my account connected for a while, whenever I log in, the System Energy Flow never seems to match that shown in my (ShinePhone) app.
E.g. at time of posting my WW System Energy Flow shows 0.17kW being generated and flowing to my battery and 0% SOC, whereas my ShinePhone app shows 1.5kW generation exporting to grid and 100% SOC.
Is there anything I can do to validate the connection has been made correctly?
