With a paid for service, are there any plans to support EV chargers? I know that there are EV tariffs like IOG but I am on Agile and have an Ohme EV charger that has an API. It would be really handy to be able to select Agile slots to charge the EV (and also to put a HOLD on the Solar battery).

OK so I used your service last autumn/winter and it was reasonable and made charging my battery during winter more efficient and less hassle I guess. However, I haven't used it since March as no need and won't really need to use it until later this month or early October. Appreciate your service was free up until now but I think you are vastly overpricing the product. You are proposing to charge £5.33/£6pm or £64pa and I just don't see the value. The service you supply is convenient not money making and staying with you will cost me money when I can set my Inverter to charge overnight manually and if I overcook it then the export is the same price as overnight import so no loss there (Octopus Flux). If your charge was one off or £10pa I might consider it worth it but I'm afraid you are going to loose most of your customer base at this rate. If you are going to stay with the charge you need to show that it will save more than the subscription which presently it doesn't Sorry to be negative, you clearly have put a lot of work into your service and it was interesting to use, but you need to do a 'customer cost benefit analysis' to work out its true worth not just dream up a fee that similar to Netflix or my mobile with nowhere near the value

@"johalareewi"#p4334 Currently Ohme doesn't seem to be integrated with Octopus directly, but it looks like Ohme have their own integration for Agile, no? If Ohme has an API that exposes the extra IOG slots that have been sent to the car, we may well be able to integrate with it. It depends on the demand for Ohme EV integration.

Your blog post says, "Refunds can be requested and will be issued pro-rata ..." Under what circumstances can we apply for a refund? For instance, if we've opted for an Annual Subscription, and then find we're not using the service for a few months?

Giles Yeah, that would be a reasonable circumstance. Obviously, there is an element of discretion involved, but under normal circumstances (ie. not gaming the system) you'll get a no-quibble pro rata refund.

We may well need to revise those terms, depending how people are using it. I'm sure you understand. As an example, we may for instance need to restrict the number of refunds of an annual plan to one a year.

For me, it is probably not financially neutral. Still, the sheer convenience of not having to 'manage' my charging slots on Octopus Agile for my GivEnergy AIO per day is invaluable. And now HOLD is truly hold, then my energy consumption is optimal. [for everyone else's reference, I don't have solar - so grid charging is key to my success here]
Just a quick reminder on the to-do from my perspective

Battery Discharge Setting needs to be managed so that power-hungry appliances don't immediately drain the battery
Ability to set 'Price' below on a per schedule basis [Column added Charge Window] to allow to see on the same page what effect that has rather than ping back and forth to the Advanced page
GivEnergy Smart Plug integration
Multiple-AIO feature [did I read you were doing a beta here?]

All signed up for the annual subscription.
Haven't even bothered to check if there's any financial benefit, because the convenience of syncing my inverter with IOG makes WW worth every penny from my perspective.
The ability to have smart discharging schedules means I can maximize the battery usage without fear of running short, plus there's no conflict between manually programmed schedules and IOG smart charging.
My only viable alternative would have been Home Automation, for which I have neither the hardware, skill or inclination.

Would be nice if we could do something with the GE Battery Control section, specifically "Pause charge", but that can wait for another day.

Just a small gripe (and it really is only a small gripe!) Have just subscribed and my renewal date is 1st October 2025 which means I've 'lost' 10 days of trial by subscribing immediately. I could have waited for 10 days to lob some cash over at you!

I'm recovering from the lurgy and not sleeping too well. After yet another coughing spell I started browsing on my phone and saw the subscription had gone live so was happy to jump in with the annual subscription. I've had nothing but great service from WW, at times it feels like a personalised service. Long may it continue and wishing them every success for the future.
