Battery not charging and "Current Account has been locked for 24 hrs"

Hi, some odd behaviour this week. I've not been able to log into my shinephone app to see my stats on a few occasions as it says im locked out for 24hrs, although bizarrely I can see them on the wonderwatt page. Today on that page I can see the stats, and my battery has failed to charge. Could you take a look at this? If it helps, I have had some odd wifi issues with my Google home mesh network too, so I wonder if wonderwatt has been spamming the growatt servers with requests while wifi has been up and down. Gabalunzie Looks like we are getting errors back from Growatt to say we've not been able to set the schedule, see our detailed diagnostics logs:

We don't spam the Growatt servers. We have reasonable retries in place for common scenarios with a sensible back-off period.

Wifi issues could definitely be the cause of the instructions failing. Have you managed to set an instruction via the Growatt web portal at all?

Hey, so overnight this seems to have all resolved itself, can get back on the app and everything is working.

One minor thing I noticed. I plugged the car in this morning around 9:50am and got a bonus cheap energy slot of 11am-12pm, but the message to charge the battery got sent at 11:03. No biggie but it meant the battery charged the car for a while before the instruction was received.

Gabalunzie Yeah, we do need to fix that, but in some cases the slots get assigned/mapped very close to the start time or even a min before plus we check this once a min.

We'll add this to our issues list though.

@admin This issue with this is sometimes you could plug in and get a charge slot that starts immediately, happens for me frequently when I plug in in the evening, so I'm not sure it's fixable.

From my experience, it's 2 or 3 mins at the most so, like you say, no biggie.
