Can you go to the GivEnergy web dashboard, click on My Inverter on left hand side nav, then from the top right hand menu, click Remote Control.
And scroll all the way down to the bottom for the Logs, and could you screen shot that in here please?
And when you say 'switched off' - do you mean the battery is not discharging? Have you got the Eco mode enabled on your Giv inverter?
