My inverter was not offline and yet WW said it was, Please advise this error.

Strange, it was showing online in my GE portal and alternative charging methods worked ok.
Is it showing online in your system now?

Charge worked ok now, very strange that it would say inverter was offline last night. Could it of been a comms glitch?

Shockwave Yep - definitely likely that it was a comms/connection glitch. The wifi on the Giv inverters isn't known for being that stable either tbh.

This morning is got "Error setting charge schedule: Inverter Offline [Nk79ajpO] - retrying in 30 mins"

My GivEnergy inverter is wired and there are no errors or notifications in the logs about the inverter being offline.

Then I got "Charge instruction set to 100%" when SOC was over 80%

Can you take a look?

That error message is what we get back from the Giv API, when it cannot connect to the inverter and setting inverter settings fails.

Hence our 30 min retry for Agile slots that are contiguous.

I'm quite convinced that this is the Givenergy side of things being offline not your local inverter. They happen to me too periodically and seem to last between 5-10 minutes even though the local connection (as evidenced by the Android Monitor for Inverter app) stays up. Thankfully the 30 minute retry reduces the effect.
