WindyMiller GE changed the time at 2.31am back to 1.31am (31 minutes late).
But it looks like WW changed the time before 1am as the charge instruction for 1am was sent at 1.58am (before the change back an hour) for 1am to 1.30am. The inverter was still on old time so didn't action the charge. This slot was therefore missed.
At 2am (after both had synced) the charge instruction sent was successful.
Neither systems got the time right so until both devices change their time together there will always be time slots missed.
It's probably best to avoid setting any actions for a couple of hours either side of the hour change in October and March.
PS I watched my Android tablet clock from 1.59.59am to 1.00.00am. Exactly right.
