Pablo Hi. I have just set up a new WW account. I have a Solax inverter. In WW inverter settings, I have entered username, password, token and serial number. When I click connect I get a message ‘An error has occurred’. I know the info is correct because I have pasted it from the Solax portal. I have reset the token, but still same message with the new token. I have also tried tried using the API address for the token, rather than just the token number and get a different error message ‘failed to get real-time info from Solax' What am I doing wrong??
JayC Pablo Interesting, what's your setup? I ask as I have a Solax inverter and Giv battery. I only enter my Giv token in the WW settings page.
admin Pablo It looks like you entered the URL part in the token ID field which caused the issue. You just need the numerical part there. Could you try again please?
Pablo I have a Solax inverter and solax batteries. I have tried entering just the number, in fact that was what I did first time, it was only when this produced an error message that I tried the URL. This is a screenshout of the error:
admin Pablo We've just added some additional logging and capturing of the error response from Solax, could you please attempt to connect again? It will fail, but we can inspect the response and work out what has gone wrong. Thanks!
