Hi. I have just set up a new WW account. I have a Solax inverter.
In WW inverter settings, I have entered username, password, token and serial number. When I click connect I get a message ‘An error has occurred’. I know the info is correct because I have pasted it from the Solax portal. I have reset the token, but still same message with the new token.
I have also tried tried using the API address for the token, rather than just the token number and get a different error message ‘failed to get real-time info from Solax'
What am I doing wrong??

We checked the logs and can see your token is invalid:
Could you try generating a new Solax token please?
