Using an extreme example if one employed a single Agile Charge window 0000-2200 and selected slots 0200. 0500. 0700, 1800 and 1900 with hold on for a single charge window. Would this be the outcome? Slot s 0000-0130. Hold OFF Slot 0230 -0430 Hold On slots 0530-0630 Hold On slots 0730-1730 Hold On Slot 1830 Hold On Slots 1930-2200 Hold OFF 2. It would appear that using Hold has implications for number of Agile charge windows. 3. It appears that the unit price for a slot following a selected lot is likely to be higher Can you help explain? You can identify Hold slots by the thin blue line around the slot. If you had an Agile charge window of 00:00-22:00 with setting Hold on, any slot in the agile charge window which is not a charge slot will hold the battery.

You can identify Hold slots by the thin blue line around the slot.

In the example above, slots 00:30, 01:00 and 01:30 are Hold slots.

Perhaps we should make it a dotted/dashed thick line, so they are easier to identify?

I use Agile hold function to restrict battery discharge so EV charging doesn't empty the solar battery into the car overnight. By setting a hold value close to my overnight house load I can have the EV charger fire up and charge from the grid. leaving the solar battery to power the house (and the EPS if there is a power cut)
