GivEnergy asked me to check if the inverter responded correctly when operated directly through their portal/app. The inverter and battery responded correctly to all commands. Therefore, they felt it was an issue with how the WonderWatt API was operating.
After this diagnosis, it seemed to me that my inverter was again responding correctly to WonderWatt instructions. However, recently, it seems to be failing to adjust the SOC request again. This is not consistent but on an occasional basis. It has left me quite frustrated as I end up checking the charge quite often to see if it is operating correctly. This defeats the point of WonderWatt automatically managing things.
