Andy Thanks for that, so looking at our diagnostics logs, there's nothing out of the ordinary, we sent the instruction fine and it was accepted by Giv without error messages.
I do notice the Axle inverter settings check there for Enable AC Charge Upper limit, even though it looks like that caused an Inverter timeout.
Looking at your detailed graph, it does look like the charge did start at 4:30, but then stopped shortly after.
Are there any other automations you have enabled? Can you toggle the 'Filter same value responses' and 'Filter errors' to On in the Giv log please?
