Hi, Until recently my AIO has been charging correctly under the Wonder Watt Agile window/SOC settings. However, recently it has stopped charging correctly. For a couple of days (before I noticed) it was only charging up to 20% during charge slots. When I realised this, I checked it would charge correctly when activated directly through the GE app. Then I resynced the inverter time and reset it. I deleted all my Agile charge windows and set them up again. Last night, the battery did charge but now stopped at 55% SOC despite being set to charge to 100%. I have attached some screenshots from WonderWatt and GivEnergy to show the issue. Any advice would help prevent me from hitting my AIO with a hammer in frustration! @"Andy"#p5818 What is your WattID please? Name under the version number in nav menu. And what do your Giv logs say around the 4:30 mark? Looks like something went awry with that slot.

@"Andy"#p5820 Thanks for that, so looking at our diagnostics logs, there's nothing out of the ordinary, we sent the instruction fine and it was accepted by Giv without error messages. [URL=https://i.imgur.com/f4UUp1u.png][IMG]https://i.imgur.com/f4UUp1uh.png[/IMG][/URL] I do notice the Axle inverter settings check there for Enable AC Charge Upper limit, even though it looks like that caused an Inverter timeout. Looking at your detailed graph, it does look like the charge did start at 4:30, but then stopped shortly after. Are there any other automations you have enabled? Can you toggle the 'Filter same value responses' and 'Filter errors' to On in the Giv log please?

As I mentioned in my original post, for a couple of days before now, the inverter has been responding to the charge window timings but has stopped charging at 20%. I went through and deleted any old settings and manually checked it would charge correctly but now it seems to be topping out at 55% when charging through WonderWatt. I can charge it past this if I manually set the charge window on the GivEnergy App. There are no schedules set in WonderWatt any more, just the two Agile automation that were shown in the earlier screenshot. The only automations/API keys set up for my inverter are Axel Energy for the Givenergy Giveback scheme and WonderWatt.

I have my charge rate set at 3kW in" Advanced " in WW as low and slow during the winter months seems a good strategy. I notice it charges at a little over 4kW. Yesterday I went into the Giv portal and checked there. It was set at 4kW so I changed it to 3kW and got a " successfully written response. I notice that overnight it has charged at 4kW so definitely something at Giv I would have thought.

It looks like that overrides a specific setting for a Timed slot.

KristianS Ah, yeah, it's the other way around, we do set AC Charge Upper global setting.

And we do reset that at the end as well, so now I'm really confused.

Is it the other way around and has something in Giv's backend implementation changed to have the global setting be overridden by the charge upper % in the timed slot? Not even sure that's available on every Giv flavour of inverter...
