Account re-activation

I've just re-activated my account, but I have not seen any log activity. How can I tell if it's live?

dj10gan You could try a Quick charge/discharge for 5 mins and manually stop it? Or click the Connect button in the Settings section to make sure your Giv API key is still valid/current?

Looks like you're on Agile? And your price less than is set to 18 pence? Which means by default, all slots under 18p will be auto selected as charge slots.

Just making sure that is what you want.

i did hit the connect button but nothing changed. I'll try discharge

dj10gan Nothing should change when hitting the Connect button, if you had seen an error popup, you'd have known something was amiss.

OK. I scheduled a charge slot for 18:00. Nothing happened.

second import scheduled for 18:30, also ignored.
Something is definitely wrong!

dj10gan quick schedule worked ok. I assume everything is now ok.

dj10gan It's important to leave a bit of a buffer of say 5 mins, if you're scheduling one. They may not be picked up if you set one to run 1 minute from now. The scheduler functions run every few mins, and depending on number of schedules being processed, so setting a schedule to run 1-2 mins from now may not trigger. I suspect that's probably what happened.

I now have a problem where charge charge slots are not activated. today at 10:30, 11:00 and 12:30.
I can't see any reason why they didn't work. resorted to quick settings.
Any ideas why?
