every morning I have a charge set for 2am - 5am, to charge to 100% at 100% charging capability. However the battery only charged to 26% for the past 2 days, leaving us with a shortfall in the day and having to pay higher elec rates.
I can see the logs show that the charge command was set
I've had a look at the inverter and can see a new charge schedule has been set, that I haven't set.
I had the recently with exports in the evenings not working (one time in a saving session), then found a schedule on my inverter with a forced 3-4pm charge (despite not setting it).
Can you help investigate?

Aaron I've noticed that the givenergy schedule comes on when i force charge from the app. So i've moved the charge to up to 100% for now.

Aaron From our logs we can see the correct instruction and Giv API responses:

The setting you are showing there doesn't look like it's anything to do with WW.

Check your Giv logs (Remote Control, bottom section) to find out what has set those settings.

admin confirmed i can see the logs look ok in givenergy for the wonderwatt
It seems the 26 SOC was set after an inverter restart, not sure if the restart sets that, it's not a value I would willingly choose myself
I'll monitor over the next few days.
Also, worth know me finding out that if I do a manual charge it will use the SOC from the last wonder watt schedule
      Thanks for the guidance.
