There have been occasions where this has happened. On these occasions the GivEnergy battery has switched itself off.
This seems odd. Are you saying your inverter charges at a higher charge rate than what your battery can cope with?
What is your WattID please, so we can validate this for you?

We actually snapshotted 1333W charge rate prior to your 04:00-07:00 schedule and reset it back to 1333 at the end.
I wonder why, in circumstances where I am trying to charge it from low % to high % it switches itself off?

sirpatchuk I presume you can reproduce this without Wonder Watt as well, ie. via the Giv app or web dashboard?
If you can, it may be worth picking this up with Giv support.

It’s happened about 4 times in 3 months.
I changed the settings to charge it to 75% instead of 100% and it was fine.
Until the other night (19/01) when the battery went down to 5%. The 2200 hour charge is to 65% and that’s when it switched itself off.
It was only then that it thought it must be the AC 3KW limit as I was asking it to charge the battery to over 6KW in 2 hours when it physically can’t do that….

We don't ever set it higher than your max of 3000/3kW - and if we did or attempt to, Giv will just assume inverter max.
