Hi there,

My inverter had an communication issue and so it did not force charge my batteries during the Off peak period, is there away to set up a command to retry charge/discharge after 15 or so min or whatever suitable time to allow the inverter to restart after the inverter has crashed.

PatelRM7 We have several retries already in place for this. That happen within a minute or so.

We also see timeouts when users have multiple monitoring queries set up, if that's any help.

We'll give this some thought.

Was there an update as I had a few error charging sessions were the comms failed.

Is there any way to have a extended time frame back up set up.

Hi There,

Can there be a change to the retries as the charge erro has happened again. so if it does not work after a minute then try again 10 or 15 minute later.

No update on this yet, we're conscious of not making things worse in terms of API spamming.
