Car not charging on IOG extra slots
MrMessy we have 2 BMW EV’s one a hybrid, that has been charging ok but hadn’t finished last night. Maybe it’s because I calculated the charge required as a percentage of the iX3 and that charges faster??
Think I might have to set it up for the hybrid as we use that the most and then change to the iX3 as and when because if I put in an inflated figure and the dynamic slots aren’t used I assume they’re cancelled and it will charge my battery at the day rate?
I’m still on a steep learning curve!

Slots being cancelled depends on the integration, I think. Certainly with my Zappi as long as the EV is still plugged in, the slots remain, even if no charging occurs.
In your scenario, I think I'd still be inclined to have Octopus set up with the larger battery vehicle, otherwise it becomes a PIA when you want to charge that one.
For example, lets say the iX3 is 80kWh and charges at 7kW, whereas the hybrid is 30kWh but only charges at 3.5kW, if you wanted to charge the hybrid from empty you'd ask for:
(30 / 80) x 200% = 75% to add.
In practice, if the battery in the hybrid is roughly half that of the EV, I'd just ask for 100% and not worry about it.
