Apologies in advance, as I'm about to do a really poor job of explaining quite a niche case, but here goes...
Having plugged the car in to charge last night, Octopus set a schedule to start at 23:00. As this would be earlier than my WW export schedules would normally finish, I thought I'd dump the battery early using the Quickset menu in the GE app. However, I noticed after about 15 mins that my inverter stopped exporting, even though the app still showed the Play button set to discharge, so I repeated the process and, lo and behold, a short while later the same thing again.
At this point, I checked the WW activity log expecting to see "Not activating schedule...", which was correct...
Upon checking the inverter logs this morning, I've found that even though schedules don't run, the start/stop instructions are still sent hence, over writing the Quickset commands...
It's not a big deal but, I wonder if something could be tweaked to take this into account (without impacting on other settings), as WW queries the current status battery/inverter status anyway?
