  • Can't export between 4pm-7pm on my Gtowatt battery

Can't export between 4pm-7pm. I thought i had set up that the battery would export between 4pm-7pm. Export till battery gets to 40%. Only if the battery has more than 40% SOC. I made this setting on my wonderwat profile but it does not work. Have I got the wrong setting?
Dvanced setting/Miscellaneous setting is switched on.
Schedules/export conditions schedule required SOC 40%, forecast at least 8 Kwh, stop export at 35%.

    Duncan57b Looks fine, we succesfully sent a discharge schedule instruction to the Growatt API at 16:00 yesterday, see our logs below:

        admin it did not work today? Why can't I discharge my battery and solar pv to the top 3.6 kwh discharge to the grid?

            Duncan57b Can you set it through the ShineApp at all? We basically use the same underlying calls.

            Are you on a DNO export restriction by any chance?

                admin no, i am on not on a restriction. I have export to 3.6 Kwh. Today my battery is not exporting. Between 4pm and 7pm.

                    Duncan57b We send the instruction and it was successfully received by Growatt.

                    Can you try and issue an export via the ShinePhone app?

                      I have tried but getting no response from Shine

                        I have now been able to discharge battery.

                        6 days later

                        I still can't get wonderwatt to activate my battery to export between 4pm-7pm. So if battery is at over 35% SOC to discharge for export until 35% SOC.
