Having to edit Agile charging slots at least twice.

Is there a correct time to make any editing of the charging slots as it keeps reverting to the set slots?

Seand There is a reload that happens about 4.40pm so settings before then may revert but after then they should be stable.

Also any edit to your agile charge windows usually makes all settings revert to the set slots.

Generally I am quite careful to re-check my edits as the last thing I do but I think I've also unexpectedly had my settings revert sometime after 4.40pm so I do wonder if it's possible something else can cause them to reset.

As well as toggling Agile charge windows to Inactive/Active.

There aren't multiple resets scheduled really. Only the one. We'll add some more logging around this.

I am getting similar issues. I am overriding the scheduled slots and saving the changes. Then I see in the morning that it had reverted to the original scheduled charging slots and charged overnight when I didn’t want it to. This has happen on quite a few occasions now.

ell it reset itself 5 times this evening but kept the additions outside the normal schedules. This might still end up being an expensive night

You said "it left the changes but turned on schedules" - not sure I'm following what you are saying what happened versus what you expected to happen.

I’ve currently turned off all charging windows as I feel that I cannot trust that I can override them. So I’ll be inputting everything manually for the time being. Last night worked fine, but I would rather rely on the pre-set charging windows.

Apologies, the set schedules of charging slots would naturally be blue boxes. If I turn any of the slots to discharge within the schedule areas then they keep changing back to charge. Generally if I have added slots outside the schedule areas to charge then they stay correct

When do you typically change/deselect these? Is this after they have been pre-populated by around 16:35? And they get selected again afterwards? Without toggling Agile charge windows active off/on?

After your original feedback I started to only make the changes to after 5pm rather than before 4.40
