“ Failed to set inverter schedule”

My activity log is full of “Failed to set inverter schedule” messages. What can I do to fix these?

jaypeagi Hmm, we seem to be getting a error permission denied error back from Growatt. See our diagnostics logs below.

Have you tried setting schedules via the Shinephone app? I would imagine you will get errors too, which you can the report to Growatt.

admin I’m able to set schedules for Grid First and Battery First fine within the ShinePhone app.

jaypeagi although setting “Grid First1” fails. From the logs do you know which schedules are failing?

jaypeagi Quite a few Agile ones, actually, you can see this from your Wonder Watt activity log. And also an export instruction at 17:00.

Perhaps you have clashing schedules configured?

And can you verify your inverter serial in Settings is correct please?

I think I’ve worked it out. I was using a separate user for WonderWatt but it looks like Growatt took away that users ability to update schedules at some point. Trying again with my main user for now and will investigate permissions for secondary users another time.
