John When the solar stops the battery does not kick in. It could have happened after a firmware update Any ideas? Further can’t get the Home refresh on my Giv En app as well any further ideas? Regards John
John I have had it on and off… I’ve turned it off again. Unfortunately the solar has taken over so the import has gone to neutral 07.10am What is your recommended setting? Regards John
admin John I think you’ll want Eco mode on all the time on Giv systems. Other Giv users may want to chip in here.
John Thank you for your Help. GivEnergy fixed it. Apparently from what I could understand, the link between the battery and ‘Home use’ was off. He remotely turned it back on. It seems to be working
