Failed to sign on to export

I set my Wonder Watt schedule tonight as I have every day since beginning my subscription and WW didn’t run my set exports. The error I got was Failed to sign on to SolaX. Check username and password.
Anyone else have this problem and how do I fix it?

stevek54 Have you logged into the Solax app or portal with the username and password?

We’re not seeing this for other Solax users so looks like it’s something at your end.

admin I haven’t done anything different from what I’ve been doing since joining WW. I’ve checked my SolaX account sand I’m still signed in on the web dashboard and the phone app.

stevek54 We are getting this error back from Solax:

So if you could please send them this and ask what's going on with your account and why we get this error message back.
