TonyW HI, Hope someone can help as it's my first day here! I have set up Wonder watt with Givenergy info and with IOG. Just put my car on charge. Only to find Givenergy battery draining. Checked Octopus app and no slots in there but Ohme is controlling the charging with a saving session now. How do I stop battery drain??

TonyW User name - authentic-capital Hi I have noticed recent that my givenergy battery is charging during the day when either the car is fully charged or not plugged in. Can you tell me why and if it will be charged at the cheap rate.? Cheers Tony
admin TonyW When we send a charge instruction, it is because IOG have assigned you an offpeak slot. If you think this is not the case, please let us know the exact date/time you think this happened, so we can check our logs.
johalareewi I see from your first post that you are using an Ohme charger with IOG. Pretty sure that Ohme control the charging via their own app and Octopus know nothing about what is going on. WW get their IOG data from Octopus so for Ohme chargers, WW doesn't find any.
