First day, after recommendation

Hi, Been with MyEO and then a tester using SMUG but they appear to have given up on it. Explained on Facebook on the GE pages what I was after, and WonderWatt was highly recommended.

I'm GE 29kw (4 batteries), IOG, 2 x EVs, MyEnergy Zappi.

1) I asked the app to quick discharge for 2 hours - but it started to import when I'm 68% and only an hour or two from the 23:30 charge time - Is discharge not export? I've had to override using the GE app temporarily.

2) Is there someone to take a look at my set-up - I'm trying to achieve the app dynamically charging/discharging/exporting as best it can to make as much export cash as it can, but at same time as well as the 23:30 to 5:30am charging slots taking the opportunity to charge up when it sees IOG has allocated slots for EV charging during the day.

Hve set up the export schedules as suggested based on my set-up; have also set-up the charge for IOG(not sure if does automatic or I had to do); what doesnt seem to be working is the auto charging when there an EV charge slot - the slots don't show on the WW dashboard so I have to do manually at the minute, but this is the main reason for WW so the battery doesn;t discharge and I can take advanatge of the 7pm - i reckon I've just not set my settings up correctly.

johnisles It simply looks like you did not set the Active switch to "On" on your Intelligent settings page.

Do that and save, and adhoc IOG slots should show up.

johnisles you don't need to set a charge schedule for 23:30-05:30. WW will do this by default, regardless of whatever else is going on.
