That your battery kept charging from the grid, even after setting a new time from and to schedule that was not due or active and even when switching AC charge enabled register to Off, it kept going.
They usually just blame it on WW, so perhaps try and Pause your schedules on WW first, and then try and see if you can charge from the grid and stop using GE app/dashboard?
If you mention the time this happened, they may be able to diagnose it better using the logs.
