  • Problems connecting WW and Solax Inverter

    Pablo Interesting, what's your setup? I ask as I have a Solax inverter and Giv battery. I only enter my Giv token in the WW settings page.

        JayC This user just has a Solax inverter I believe.

          Pablo It looks like you entered the URL part in the token ID field which caused the issue. You just need the numerical part there. Could you try again please?

            I have a Solax inverter and solax batteries.

            I have tried entering just the number, in fact that was what I did first time, it was only when this produced an error message that I tried the URL.

            This is a screenshout of the error:

              Pablo We've just added some additional logging and capturing of the error response from Solax, could you please attempt to connect again? It will fail, but we can inspect the response and work out what has gone wrong.

                    just trying to do this on my Mac in Safari and have the same issue.

                      We checked the logs and can see your token is invalid:

                      Could you try generating a new Solax token please?
