Hi @admin , not been on for a while because, well everything has just been working fine and I've had zero issues, until last night.

WW failed to set IOG (23:30-05:30) charging.
Nothing in the WW activity log, so I checked Giv inverter log and nothing set by WW.
I'd spotted it last night, so I set the times myself.
This morning there are the usual instructions from WW at 05:30 to reset.
I thought at first I must have paused the schedules by mistake, but nope, I've only paused user schedules as intended.

On checking further, it appears my inverter was offline just at the critical moment...

Could you just check the logs at your end and confirm that instructions were set but not received, due to inverter offline, please?

Also, could you remind me why WW sets the times to 00:00 at the end of a charging slot (I can't find the answer quickly scanning back though this and other threads), rather than the IOG default of 23:00 and 05:30?

    MrMessy I had an inverter offline error at 1.30am and missed one of the Agile 30 minute slots. I wonder if GE were doing something as inverter offline is now quite rare after changes I made earlier in the year.

    Basically, if we leave it set to whatever it was, be it on Agile or IOG (including ad-hoc slots), it might mean that in 24 hours you may accidentally pull from the grid when you don't have a cheap IOG or Agile slot.

      admin I'm not saying leaving it set to whatever it was, rather for IOG specifically, read/ignore whatever is the current AC Charge 1 Start/End is and set to 23:30 and 05:30, as this period is always cheap regardless of anything else that happens. That way, if there's no communication because of either an issue with your severs/cloud or the inverter is offline, it doesn't matter because the times have already been set at the end of the previous instruction.

          unwelcome-dream Today was charging the battery and thought there was a charge from 11:58 when the car was not plugged in. Also Mrs leaves the car plugged in a lot and it seems to map a slot even when the car is full.

            Unsure if I can jump onto the beta moved over to IOG now that I have a zappi?

                Added my info for the IOG setting and the extra time is showing etc, very straight forward.

                Again Thank you, how do I delete the Agile tab which is a drop down menu under Octopus ? Have have deleted the schedule etc or just leave it

                  Midville Deactivate the Agile Charge window should be all you need to do. So you don’t have clashing charge instructions.

                  unwelcome-dream Happened again today. WW sent IOG charge instructions when the car was not plugged in. Can someone look at my logs and see what’s going on don’t want to be charged full whack for this.

                    DavrosMcT You had a valid charge until 16:00, and then this was updated to a valid IOG charge to 17:00. All mapped via the IOG dispatch slots.

                      This is the only charge slot I have had this year on the ohme app?

                        DavrosMcT Do you see mapped charges in your Octopus app when you plug-in? We get the smart slots from Octopus via their API.

                        I was under the impression that Ohme charging wasn't compatible yet, but clearly we are getting intelligent EV charge slots from the Octopus API for your account details.
