Over the past few nights my EV charger inverter is changing my Home battery charge rate to zero, thus resulting in my home battery not being fully charged in the morning, I have attached two snips of the logs for info. Is this an Issue I have to raise with Octopus?


I have raised this with GE support two days ago, but no response as yet
