Unfortunately, there's no way of distinguishing between discharge to house or grid, so whatever power output you set in the inverter applies to both.
As pointed out, if you reduce the output, this could lead to unintended grid draw.
What you could do is leave the inverter on ECO, so it always covers the house load but, set more smaller forced discharge schedules with SoC queries. This would maximise your grid export without leaving you short to cover the house.
